On a wet Saturday afternoon in Camp, the home side playing with a strong breeze took the went ahead five minutes into the game. The defence were under a lot of pressure for the opening quarter but Jonathan Coffey, Daniel Moynihan, Kevin Leader and Shane Moynihan stood firm. In the 17th minute Oscar O'Connor took on two players getting past the first and the second player took him down to earn the side a penalty. Matthew Keane stepped up to take the penalty and put the ball in to the goal to the Goalkeepers left. In the second half with the wind Mastergeeha pushed on where rewarded with a lot of good work in midfield, Philip Casey passed the ball to Matthew Keane who scored from a awkward angle at the edge of the box. It was three goals to one when Philip Casey put a ball through to Matthew Keane who finished well for his-trick. In the last ten minutes Camp scored a penalty and from a free kick to get them the equaliser. Without a few of the regulars players the team stood up to the challenge and played well with all contributing to the deserved draw. Man Of The Match: Matthew Keane.
