Killarney Athletic 2 Mastergeeha 2

On Saturday morning in Woodlawn Mastergeeha played Killarney Athletic in a local derby. After fifteen minutes Matthew Keane put a ball through to Damien Breen which was unlucky not to finish when the ball went just wide. Ten minutes later Mason Ferris received a ball in the air, he controlled the ball and laid the ball off to Damien Breen to get through one on one with the goalkeeper and score the opener. In the second half Killarney Athletic got took the lead scoring two goals quickly after the break. With ten minutes to go a Matthew Keane pass to Kelvin Teahan who went by a number of defenders to score the equaliser. Mastergeeha pushed on for the winner and were awarded a penalty when Damien Breen got taken down within the box. However the spot kick was put over the bar to leave the score at 2-2.
