Seniors victory over Ballybunion
SENIOR LEAGUE:
Mastergeeha 2 Ballybunion 1.
This important league fixture played Kilbrean Park early on Saturday resulted in a good win for the home team. Mastergeeha started well and created a number of good chances before David Fleming scored the lead goal following some good play. However Ballybunion got the equaliser just before the half time whistle. In the second half Mastergeeha pushed forward again and were rewarded when Aidan Kerins scored with an excellent shot from the edge of the box. Later in the half Mastergeeha created further chances through Mike Murphy and Kevin Bruton but could not find the net.
