MASTERGEEHA UNDER NINES

Last Sunday in Killorglin the under nines played three games in a tournament organised by the home club. In their first game they went down 1-0 to a strong Killorglin team with Robert Enright, William Maher, Aaron Cahill best for Mastergeeha.They then defeated Camp 5-1 giving a great display of attacking football, with goals coming from Anthony Magnier (2) Padraig Glesson, Paul Riordan and Celvin Teahan. Best in this game were Jamie Donoghue and Paul Riordan. In their final game they met Killorglin again and what a brilliant game it turned out to be with both teams playing great football. The only goal of the game came late in the second half when Anthony Magnier scored with a low shot to give Mastergeeha a well-deserved 1-0 win. Best in the game were Anthony Magnier, Celvin Teahan, Padraig Gleeson.
