Under 11 Premier: Killarney Athletic 6- 0 Mastergeeha:

The boys played their last game of the season away to a strong Atlhetic side on Saturday. Even though well beaten the lads never gave up trying and working hard.

Mastergeeha 2-2 Killarney Athletic

This league game acted as a dress rehearsal for their meeting in the Cup semi final later in the week and proved to be an exciting affair. With honours even at half time   Padraig Nagle opening the scoring in the 48th minunte following a good passage of play from the Mastergeeha midfield. However in the 56th minute Athletic equalised. Mastergeeha again took the lead when Padraig Nagle again scored. In the closing stages of the game the Killarney side equalised for a second time following a defensive mix up. Mastergeeha played well on the day and were unlucky not record the victory.

Race Night

On Friday 1st May our Annual Race Night held in the Village Inn was a great success. With a good attendance on the night, everyone enjoyed the races with some winners along the way. We are very grateful for all the sponsorship of the races and the spot prizes. We appreciate the generosity and support of those who bought horses and attended on the night ensured that this event was a wonderful success. We would like to thank Lal and Marion at the Village Inn for the use of their facilities. Many thank also to those who helped out on the night.  The funds raised on the night will be put towards the running and development of the football club.
