Mastergeeha F.C. was founded in the late 1970’s and is now one of Kerry’s leading soccer clubs. The club has a strong organization, well supported by the community and is financially sound. The club has a good quality schoolboy section, however, as with many clubs; it needs more help from parents and former or ex players. The club has an excellent group of women on the social committee, whose commitment is second to none and as a result the club is expected to develop a strong ladies team. The club has excellent facilities, with lots of work going on behind the scenes. These facilities will attract players to the club. The A-team has a very young age profile which may help to return to the glory days. The future looks well for the club.
