Christmas Wishes

Premier B Ballyhar 1 Mastergeeha 1

This local derby played in frosty conditions on Sunday last saw the sides gain a point each. In a close game Mastergeeha were lucky not to be behind in the 50th minute when Ballyhar failed to convert a penalty. However in the 70th minute the seniors took the lead when following some good teamwork Kevin Bruton scored. Mastergeeha held this slender lead until the final minutes when Ballyhar scored the leveler.

Division 2 – Mastergeeha 5 Ballonagh 0

Playing at home on Sunday the B team recorded a good victory against the Tralee side. Mastergeeha lead 2 – nil at half time with goals from Eoin Horan and Micheal Horan. In the second half Mastergeeha continued to be the better side and added further goals with Alan Breen getting two and Paul Moynihan scoring the final goal.
