U12 Mastergeeha 5 Killarney Celtic 0
This game at home on Saturday morning saw the U12 get a deserved victory over close rivals Killarney Celtic. The home side started the better and created a number of scoring chances in the opening quarter without taking the lead. However in the 20th minute Mastergeeha took the lead when Aidan Kelly scored following some good play. Mastergeeha continued to dominate and went two up just before the break when a long range effort by Kieran O Connor was only parried by the Keeper and Paul O Connor tapped home from close range. In the second half the visitors created a good chance that was well save by Conor Teahen to maintain a two goal lead. After this Mastergeeha pushed forward and scored further goals through Oscor O Connor, Aidan Kelly and Eoin Kennedy. All played well on the day.
